Currently, I am an assistant professor of mathematics at BYU Hawaii in Laie, Hawaii.

From 2009-2010 I taught mathematics at Foothill High School in Henderson Nevada.

From 2004-2009 I taught at Nevada State College in Henderson, Nevada, as a Mathematics professor.

From 2001-2004 I was a post-doc at University of Arizona in Tucson Arizona, for the Department of Mathematics. While there, I volunteered at the Flandrau Science Center and appeared on dO tHE mATH, an educational show on the UA Channel.

I (finally) earned my Ph.D. in May 2002 from Utah State University in Logan, Utah, studying mathematics. I also volunteered at the Moore Library, and taught ballroom dance at Elite Hall in Hyrum.

I received my M.S. in June 1997 from University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon in mathematics. I was the president of the Ballroom Dance club, and my wife was the Music Director.

During the summer of 1995, I taught a coumputer class at University of New Mexico, Los Alamos for Children's College.

In April 1995 I graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, with a B.S. in mathematics and a minor in music. I was involved in the BYU Astronomical Society, the BYU Taiwanese Student's Association, and the BYU Men's Chorus.

From 1986 to 1988 I taught calligraphy and origami classes for Boise Schools Community Education in Boise, Idaho.
